Mission Statement for the Emerald Valley Opry (EVO)

The primary mission of Emerald Valley Opry is to promote & support music education.

Goals for the EVO

  • Provide events that are entertaining & affordable to the community
  • Support funds for the music departments in the Bethel School District
  • Provide 2 $2000 scholarships yearly for graduating seniors pursuing music in college.

Policies

Service Pet Policy

The Emerald Valley Opry respects the needs of all of our guests.  The auditorium has a no pet policy. We do allow service animals.  Please sign your animal in at an admission table. During the show, please keep your service animal quiet so that everyone can enjoy the show. As allowed by the ADA an animal making continuous noise may be asked to leave.  Please speak to a board memberor volunteer (wearing an EVO nametag) if you have any additional questions.

Food and Drink Policy

No food or drink is permitted within the auditorium. For your convenience, we have a water fountain with cups in the lobby, as well as a 30-minute intermission.

Video and Audio Recording Policy

ALL Video/Audio/DVD recording is PROHIBITED!

We reserve the right to ask you to leave.

Alcohol and Tobacco Use Policy

Willamette High School is an alcohol and smoke free campus.

Musicians may smoke on Dove Avenue.

No alcohol use is permitted.

Please honor these guidelines so we can keep this location and continue to support the students.
